The Full Story
This all came to me during Lockdown 2020 when time began to slow down and we could gather ourselves to think about our hopes and dreams in absence of the busy lives we’ve created. My dream is to write a recipe book. One that has purpose and meaning, one that isn’t just for display. Having worked in the food service industry for 8 years, it is really quite devastating to see, firsthand, just how much food does go to waste. So I have taken it upon myself to use my projects to raise awareness about food wastage and create with you all some delicious food. What’s to lose?
