WELCOME TO NOO NOO

The Noo Noo Project is a product of passion for food, minimising wastage, and well-being. With a degree in Nutrition and Human Health on the way and years of experience as a pastry chef, I bring to you a service that celebrates the joys that food should bring to us all.

WHAT'S NOO NOO?

Simply, it was a nickname given to me as a child after growing a known reputation to finish any leftovers in sight; never allowing food in my sight to be thrown in the bin. Food wastage is a catastrophic global problem, as is human health and the confusion and stress around conversations about food.
