So what is The Noo Noo Project?
This all came to me during Lockdown 2020 when time began to slow down and we could gather ourselves to think about our hopes and dreams in absence of the busy lives we’ve created. Having worked in the food service industry for 8 years, in event management, as a chef, as a shop worker, it is really quite devastating to see, firsthand, just how much food does go to waste. So I have taken it upon myself to use my projects to raise awareness about food wastage and create with you all some delicious food. What’s to lose?
